Integrity Line is committed to protecting your privacy in a variety of ways including using industry accepted security measures. All communications between the Integrity Platform and a user's web browser are encrypted to protect confidential data. No party other than the Client is allowed to access information stored on the Integrity Line servers, unless expressly authorized by Integrity Line or if there is a legal obligation to do so. Unauthorized access to this information is a violation of the law. In the event of a breach of security, Integrity Line will press charges to the fullest extent possible against those parties illegally accessing information on our servers.
Data, including persona data, may be generated, processed and stored in the context of the use of the Integrity Platform. Integrity Line acquires no rights whatsoever with regard to the generated, processed or stored data. Integrity Line has at no times access to the generated, processed or stored data and is at no time processing or generating data itself. Data ownership and the consequent (legal) responsibilities remain at all times with the Client. Whether and to what extent third parties may access such information remains alone in the responsibility of the Client.
