Message from the CEO

Dear colleagues

We expect all employees to show responsibility and good citizenship in business dealings, and to behave in ways that demonstrate our company values – customer focus, entrepreneurship, team spirit, passion, and integrity. We believe that the best working environment is one built on mutual respect and trust.

Our Code of Conduct sets the rules of how we behave. It applies to all Barry Callebaut employees worldwide.

If you observe unethical business practices within Barry Callebaut, we expect you to raise your concerns by speaking directly to the individual involved or, if you are not comfortable doing so, to contact your direct manager or local HR department.

The new Integrity Line gives you the possibility to anonymously report suspicious transactions or concerns on business practices that cannot be addressed with your direct manager or local HR manager. Your report will be treated confidentially. The platform is part of Barry Callebaut’s Compliance Program. We hope it will encourage employees to speak out, without fear of negative consequences.
